Copper Lantern: A great centerpiece option when you can’t have a flame! These copper coloured lanterns have their own LED light. (Batteries are included with this rental)
Votive Holders: These little glass votive candle holders will add the warm glow of candlelight to your next event. Available in two styles; straight with ridged sides and a round, roly poly design.
Hurricane Lamps: At 5 1/2″ tall these two piece glass hurricane centerpieces will cast your room in the warm glow of candlelight.
Crackle Glass Centerpiece: A classic glass centerpiece! The crackle pattern of this glass candle holder will create a beautiful glow. Available in two styles; on base with a pedestal or no base. Approximately 5″ tall
Unity Candle Holders: Celebrate the joining of two families with a special ceremony. Our unity candle is available in a silver or brass finish. Also available in a set of 3 ceramic candle holders.

Chafing Dish
Keep your buffet running well and take the pressure off yourself with a chafing dish.
We have several models available–which one is right for you?
Standard full chafing dish: The most common chafing dish! Full or half pans may be used in this model.
Roll Top: Create a beautiful buffet table with our full size roll top chafer. Slide the convenient roll top lid back for serving. Tongs and long handled spoons can be added to your rental for an additional fee.
Polished Roll Top Chafer with brass legs: This fancy chafer will accommodate a 2″ full food pan.
Half chafing dish: Half the size of our standard unit, this will accommodate a 2″ half pan.
Round chafing dish: A 4 qt capacity, with a polished stainless finish.
Regardless of the style you choose, your rental will include the stand, water pan, food pan, lid and sterno fuel.

Coat Racks & Hangers
Coat Rack with Wheels: This metal coat rack features one bar of approximately 5′ length. This rack has wheels.
Coat Rack without Wheels: This sturdy steel rack has 2 bars for hanging. Each bar is 5′ in length. We estimate you could get about 50 ski jackets on one of these racks. Please note these racks do not have wheels.
Wire coat hangers: Rented by the dozen, these simple wire coat hangers will make life easier for you. No need to gather out of your closets–add these to your coat rack order!

Rustic Harvest Table
A beautiful, solid wood table for your rustic event! 8′ long by 42″ wide, this table offers enough space to seat someone at the table ends. Seat your guests at harvest tables or set a charming head table only. Choose from our rustic benches or chairs to compliment these tables. Vineyard crossbacks or chiavari chairs tend to be favourites. Finish your table off with our burlap or lace runners!

Streamer/Cafe String Lights & Other Lighting
Our streamer lights are our most popular lights, but did you know we offer several other options…
Streamer/Cafe Lights: Approximately 100ft of white cord/with 100 clear bulbs. The warm white glow given off by these lights is perfect for your wedding or backyard party. A perfect compliment to our Stillwater tents!
Mini Lights: The classic clear LED mini lights! Each strand will be 70 bulbs on approximately 21′ of green cord. Also available–Approximately 100 clear bulbs on a 23′ white cord.
Chandelier: Add sparkle and elegance to your wedding tent with our chandelier. The pewter finish will compliment any decor.
Cluster Light: This white floor light is approximately 7′ tall. Four white globes will cast an attractive glow as they light a path or create a focal point.
Black Lamp Post: Create an atmosphere with our black lamp posts. These posts are approximately 8′ tall, with a weighted base for stability.
White Globe Lights: An attractive way to add some light to your yard. 8 white globes on a white cord, string them along your fence for a soft glow.
Wobble Light: Weighted on the bottom, these will electric lights will right themselves if someone bumps into them. 400 watts will light your work or parking area!

Rustic Door
Our rustic, wooden door will help set the mood for your next event. This prop can be used purely as a decoration–add some pots of flowers…the possibilities are endless! Use it as the start of a fun photo backdrop and let your friends take pics all night. This prop decoration has a bracket attached to the back that will allow it to stand by itself on a reasonably flat surface. (There is no glass or screen in the door)

Resin Portable Bar: Keep your bartender happy with our portable bar! Compact and easy to move, this is an easy addition to your next event. Resin finish, measuring 4’w x 2’d x 42″h. Available in a grey or sandstone (brown) colour. This bar has a small ice tub and counter for easy serving!
